Fishing in Salt Waters

When going fishing in salt waters, it is best to keep these tips in mind for a more fun fishing experience.

Free From Sharks
One way of getting rid of these creatures is by placing fish blood on a ball of newspaper or unto a paper towel and throw it overboard and those sharks will surely get lured by it. Make sure that when you move from one place to another you search carefully the place from the shallowest to the deepest and try different baits or lures.

Fishing on perimeters
When casting, make sure that you drop it within your area before throwing it into the middle. Make sure that you search within your perimeter before going far away because you might just scare those fishes when you go flopping around the water and you will never know, the fun might be just close to you.

Surf Fishing
Always take note that the fish when in surf fishing are up against the shorelines so make sure that your cast is set parallel to the sands and not too far out. Also, look for a beach front. The rocks, holes and reefs hold fish so one secret to surf fishing is knowing where the fish are. The birds are also hints to leading you where the fish are.

Fresh Shrimp
Fresh shrimp is a favourite meal of the fishes. If you are going to used them as bait you have to keep them alive. The wigglier they are the more they attract fish so make sure to place them in a less crowded, aerated and cool ice chest. The ice chest is great place to store these creatures as it keeps them cool and they are kept away from heat. Another technique is dying these creatures with food colouring to make them more attractive to the fish.

Shrimp Bait
This bait is the perfect choice for it is a meal that bottom feeders will love. It also gives off scent that will attract these fishes even more. The only problem with them is they are delicate and is hard to stay put on a hook. Using safety pin designed hooks will really aid in holding the bait in place.

Storing Jigs
Big saltwater jigs can be really heavy and bulk at the same time. Looking for their storage may cause a bit of a problem. With the use of a 5 gallon plastic bucket that has its own lid, punch in holes that are of equal distance all the way around. Just hang them from their big hooks out of the holes and you have just resolved it.

With all these tips and advises, make sure to not forget to have fun while saltwater fishing!
